SJM is a manufacturer of high quality decoupling solutions for the automotive industry, plants and buildings and has developed the flexible decoupling elements to solve the problems of vibration, noise, linear movement and pressure parameters. SJM is headquartered in Korea. Our Automotive Division has developed flexible decoupling elements to reduce air pollution, ensure a lifelong durability of the exhaust system and ensure comfortable driving in every respect. All processes from the new design to production through the various tests are controlled and managed on the basis of the automotive quality certificate IATF 16949.

Production

THE CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE TOOLS AND MACHINERY REQUIRED FOR THE COMPONENT PRODUCTION AND MASS PRODUCTION IS ALMOST 100% IN-HOUSE BY SJM.

Using the latest technologies, our production systems are developed exclusively in-house in order to take into account the special manufacturing techniques that are required for production. This allows an efficient design of the production processes, the consideration of product-specific production steps and the compliance with the required quality standards. Thanks to standardized production processes and manufacturing centers, most products can be manufactured at any of our production sites around the world. At SJM, we pride ourselves on offering high quality products. Constant quality control and detailed tests are part of everyday life in production. The production capacities can be adjusted in our decentralized manufacturing plants within a very short time.
